to handle any such situations in my work smoothly and peacefully.

Question 2 : What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Answer : My strength is my attitude, flexible, positive thinking and I can easily convince
people.

The reason why I feel my attitude is my strength is that I feel that in life ups and downs
comes regularly but that doesn't mean that we should feel bad for the whole life and make
decisions in a negative manner.

overcome it.

Question 3 : Do you prefer to work alone or with a team? Why?

Answer: I prefer to work with a team… or more precisely, in a pair — with one
person at a time.

When another person follows me — they give me immediate feedback on my

choices which makes my decisions much more reliable in a very short time.
When I follow another person — I learn from their choices and give them my
immediate feedback, which makes their decisions much more reliable.

Working in a pair — is a win-win situation that significantly increases

productivity.

Working with more than one person at a time, usually, has too much overhead
(takes too long to make sure that everyone clearly understands what we are
working on).
