Lack of security in their casino is one of their threats, since
several people got injured and had died during that attack incident inside the casino area. The security and safety of the guests should always be prioritized, or else they will have a negative impact in the hotel and entertainment industry. Six hotels are currently operating within the integrated resort, which means if the guest’s chosen hotel is fully booked, they can choose from the other hotels and they won’t need to go too far because the hotels are just side by side. Partnering with international entertainment groups can help boost their marketing promotions which can attract a lot of guests to watch shows such as broadways, concerts, and other performances by famous people and making it a place for entertainment and leisure. One of Resorts World Manila’s weakness is the negative
press/media coverage on June 2, 2017. A lot of people got injured because of the attacks that had happened, when a gunman carrying a container of gasoline set fires and touched of a mass panic. There were at least 36 dead bodies that were found inside the hotel-casino. But the assailant did not intend to kill anyone. It was then that the victims had died because of smoke inhalation in the casino area. The weakness can also be the lack of security in that area, because if there’s enough security they will respond to it immediately. STRENGTHS The Newport Performing Arts Theater is a 1,500- seat venue for concerts, plays, musicals, conferences, and other events. This facility is a strength because it has a fresh entertainment programs for the guests who visits the Resorts World Manila for leisure. It’s also a state-of- the-art theater with its modern style where various performers can conduct their events. (e.g. Cirque Du Soleil)

where guests can shop their necessities or buy the things that they want or need. They will not need to go too far to find a mall because it’s already inside. It’s very efficient for the guests, because it is already a one-stop- shop destination.
The location of Resorts World Manila can be very
convenient and accessible to guests especially from foreign countries, because it’s near the NAIA terminal 3. People will not be hassled because of the heavy traffic here in the Philippines. They could take the NAIA footbridge, or they could drive around to the other side to reach RWM.
