 MY STORY
I'm Salma Noreen a Top Freelancer from Pakistan, a passionate Content
Marketing & Advertising Trainer, a community organizer, and a Public Speaker.

Started freelancing in 2008 by searching small freelance jobs on community

forums. Later, I discovered freelancing platforms. This way I have helped
businesses & individuals in converting their ideas into a live website by providing
freelance web design & development services and, also helped them in increasing
their targeted benefits by offering my Content Marketing & Advertising services. I
can proudly say that I have worked 4000+ onsite and 11,000+ offsite freelance
projects.

I have received ‘BEST FREELANCER OF PAKISTAN’ award at Digital Youth

summit 2019 by KPITB.

After having a decade of practical freelancing, Web Development, Blogging, and

Digital Marketing experience, I’ve joined PITB (Punjab Information Technology
Board) back in August 2017.

I've trained 629 trainees in the physical lab and many of my graduates are making
more than $3,000/- monthly. Hard Work pays off, so it happened in my case too
when I received ‘BEST NONTECH TRAINER’ award in early 2018.

I started Public Speaking in mid of 2018 to help people find their right track. I am
always open to socializing and network. I officially started my journey as a
community developer & organizer in 2019.

Joined PITB as Trainer back in August 2017. My journey to date has been
amazingly amazing! Every day I am challenged, experience new things, meet
new people, know new stories, socialize every level of freelancers, skills
development, motivate heartbroken trainees, change lives plus the most
interesting point to be a trainer is 'Watch your trainees becoming successful
freelancers’.

I love my job, period. Socializing, helping others, travel and self-

development are few things to satisfy my soul plus I am so talkative
and due to this job, I get to travel to meet some awesome people
including university graduates, newbie freelancers, public speakers,
and industry experts.

In September 2018, I attended WordPress Meetup ISB/RWP

at National Incubation Center (NIC) Islamabad, Pakistan as
WP Community Speaker and that was my first ever speaking
experience in any WP community.

That gathering gave me a new life-goal to create a

community in my own city to empower youth specially,
being girl I was more interested in empowering
women by creating a local WP Community.

That's how my journey as
