POLICY

We senior leadership and employees of Feni Lanka Power Limited are in agreement to put our
best efforts to perform operations and maintenance (O & M) of Feni Lanka power plant in a
paradigmatic way in the world for heavy fuel oil operated power plants. This is achieved by
building in quality, environment and safety norms in to the process & practices where possible in
order to maximize the revenue by energy sales while ensuring environmental friendly safe and
reliable power dispatch conforming to the customer (utility) requirement.

To ensure that above feature is achieved at all times, we are committed to adhere to below
mentioned management and process approaches

v To satisfy applicable and interested party requirements.

v To setting up quality, environment and OHS objectives which are compatible with
context and strategic direction of the organization.
v To conduct continual improvement of integrated management system and development of
technology for better reliable, safe & efficient operations.
v To create an atmosphere to have common goals with all the staff in order to reach
company objectives.
v To constantly train plant staff to improve their competence in quality, environment &
safety. Responsibility to improve lies with all staff.
v To maintain an effective internal communication system to understand priorities of the
management in achieving the objectives.
v To satisfy applicable statutory and legal requirements

This Policy is communicated to all employees, suppliers, sub-contractors, interested parties

and is made available to the public.
