• Stakeholders are managed by organization as a whole, and not
specific managers. Three main themes • Identify a specific set of stakeholders (usually a long list by itself!) and prioritize whom to address (stakeholder salience).
• Stakeholder dynamics – interaction and relationship between
stakeholders (social networks).
• Understanding base of stakeholder power and develop appropriate
