STEPS TO FOLLOW

APPLICATION FOR CHANGE OF ENROLLMENT

1) Go to https://apps.pup.edu.ph/sisstudent
2) Input your SIS Login Credentials then click “Proceed …”

3) Click “Application for Change of Enrollment”

1) Click “Add Subject”. You can only add subject if you still have
available units

2) Select Subject to be added


3) Select Section of the Subject to be added
4) Click “Add Subject”

5) Review Subject to be added


6) Click “Add Subject”

7) Added subject is automatically reflected in your SIS account


Signature of the faculty and chairperson is not needed
Adjustment fee, Tuition Fee, Miscellaneous Fees and other fees
associated to the subject is also automatically tagged in your SIS

1) Click “ ” to select the subject to be changed

2) Select Subject to be enrolled


3) Select Section of the Subject
4) Click “Change Subject / Section”

5) Review Subject to be changed


6) Click “Change Subject / Section”

7) Changed subject is automatically reflected in your SIS account

associated to the subject is also automatically tagged in your SIS
