FITT Principle of Exercise
(F) Frequency – refers to how often you will exercise.
(I) Intensity – pertains to how much effort or work you will exert in exercise.
(T) Type – determines what kind of exercise will help you achieve your fitness goal.
(T) Time – relates to how long you will exercise per session.

ACTIVITY #2 (Plan of Exercise based on FITT Principle)
RUBRICS:
5 pts – Appropriate exercise for one’s health related component of fitness
5 pts – Exercise must work the body in a higher manner in order to improve
fitness.
4 pts – Follows the FITT Principle in making exercise plan.
