The City Government of Dasmariñas, headed by Mayor Jennifer A. Barzaga,

considers education as the best tool in shaping a society of thinkers and
innovators. Thus, it has made ambitious projects aiming to uplift the
standards that public educational institution can offer.

Designed and crafted through the partnership of Arch. Jose Siao Ling and
Engr. Mariano See Diet of Monolith Construction Corporation, Langkaan II National High School
now stands as fruit of the City’s continuous progress and unrelenting pursuit of quality public
service in the education sector. It is proof that equally competitive and remarkable public
learning can be delivered, through the willpower of the local government in handing the best
avenues for growth and development among its young constituents.

Langkaan II National High School was inaugurated on February 10, 2011, led by Atty. Elpidio F.
Barzaga, Jr., Representative of the Lone District of the City of Dasmariñas and Mayor Jennifer A.
Barzaga, City Mayor, together with City Government Officials, representatives of the immensely
supportive business sector and witnessed by hundreds of Dasmariñeros.

This edifice marks the birth of monumental change and defines the future of public education in
City of Dasmariñas.
