    CERTIFICATION
    This is to certify that on 7 August 2019 at 1:30 in the afternoon,
    Summons was served on the official residence of Valerie Gaisano
    Sebastian located at Beverly Hills Subdividion located at Lahug,
    Cebu City, Philippines. Since the Summons was not received when
    we personally delivered it, we had it delivered through registered
    mail on 8 August 2019 with Registry Receipt No. RE 099 915 755
    ZZ. On 16 August 2019 the post master served the document but
    the houseboy refused to receive the documents. On 22 August 2019
    the post master returned the postal mail and bore the notation
    “RETURN TO SENDER”

    The said service of Summons is in relation to a case filed in the


    Hongkong Special Administrative Region and denominated as
    Hongkong District Court Civil Action - DCCJ 2205/2019. Which
    Summons was personally served and registered mail by Mr
    Denmark Pulgo and Mr. Gazel Garado, both employees of the herein
    Law Offices.

    Done this 22nd day of November 2019 at Cebu City Philippines.
