Ecotourism is now defined as esponsible travel to natural areas that conserves the environment,
sustains the well-being of the local people, and involves interpretation and education.

2 Why is ecotourism important?

Absolutely, mainly because what is it about. Without ecotourism we wouldn’t be able to have a safe
environment to enjoy.
