my call was in reference to the property on ___ street. Congratulations it sounds on your new
home!.....Our office services as a resource for (insert who referred us) in putting together a
coverage option for the insurance you'd need. We just wanted to call to confirm a couple things to make
sure what we are putting together was as accurate as possible. Do you happen to know how old the roof
is on that home? [if it's a brand new home, you could ask if they have any higher value pieces of jewelry
they needed to schedule on the policy].

our system should be able to pull your current coverage to show us what's insured and how it's covered.

home just to make sure if anything were to happen, we can pay off the mortgage. The only initial question
