Dear Potential Sponsor,

We are seeking your support as a sponsor and prize donor for the
Holellujah Golf Tournament 2017 to benefit the Trinity Baptist
Church’s Student Ministry. This event will be held on September 9th at
9am. The prize(s) that you donate will directly benefit the Trinity Baptist
Church Student Ministry to raise funds for ministry opportunities.

This year round ministry provides a life changing experience for students in
sixth through twelfth grade. The pastors, staff, and leaders of Trinity
Baptist Church work very hard to provide an environment for these
students to grow both in their personal relationships as well as their spiritual
relationships. There are many opportunities provided for our students to
allow them to break away from their normal daily environments and
encourage them to be submerged in team building activities, personal
growth opportunities, and creates a potential life changing environment.

The Holellujah Golf Tournament, organized by volunteers from our

church’s Student Adult Leadership Team (SALT), is the ministry’s largest
fundraiser. The proceeds from this event are used to supplement the cost of
ministry opportunities for all of our students. Trinity Baptist Church is a
501(c)(3) entity; your sponsorship and prize donation is tax deductible to
the extent allowed by law.
