Important Details (FAQ) 

Key things that can cause Synapse to crash or stop working 
(also an FAQ)  

How long does it take for a key to arriving in my 

email?  
Depending on if you paid with a gift card or Bitcoin, it can take up to 72 
hours (3 days) to arrive. If you didn’t receive a token in 72 hours, contact 
our support team or visit t​ his link​. 

Running Synapse in WinRAR 

This tends to cause issues because of Unicode characters. You are 
required to extract Synapse into a folder. This could be on your desktop 
or any other desired location.  
 
Using Synapse on multiple computers 
Users are welcome to use Synapse on multiple computers, the issue is, 
when you switch from computer to computer too fast it will give you an 
error when starting Synapse saying, “You’ve changed your whitelist too 
fast, please wait 24 hours”.  
 
Giving your Synapse account to other people (i.e. brother, sister, cousin, 
dog, grandpa, etc) is not allowed in any case. By using Synapse on 
multiple computers it means for the same person to be using their 
whitelist on 2 different computers that THEY OWN. By purchasing

Being kicked from the game the moment you 

inject 
This is often caused by the game having a script in place to prevent 
people from using exploits. Staff aren’t able to fix this, things like this 
are needed to be fixed internally. Contact a dev with information about 
the issue so you have a higher chance of getting it fixed.  

How to change/reset your password 

To change your password, you must delete the “token.bin” file found in 
the auth folder. Once deleted, restart Synapse and it should bring you 
to the login screen. When there, look for a button that says, “Lost your 
password”, then click on it. It should pull up a screen asking for your 
email. Follow the instructions and you’ll be good.  
 

What happens if you get banned from the 

server? 
Being banned from the server is normally nothing to worry about. The 
server has very little purpose outside of telling people when Synapse is 
updated and getting live support. You can receive support online ​Here​. 
Though it is rare, some people can be unbanned from the server. You 
can do this by contacting a member of staff, explaining why you should 
be unbanned and proving why you were originally banned. If you are 
accepted, the staff member will inform you and give you an invite to 
the server. 

What happens if you get blacklisted from 

Synapse? 
Being blacklisted is when you violate our TOS (Terms of Service). This 
can range from a variety of things, such as sharing your account with 
someone else or attempting to crack Synapse. When blacklisted, your 
access to Synapse is revoked. Re-purchasing is only allowed in some 
cases, like when you’re blacklisted for whitelist/account sharing.  

Can you run Synapse X on MacOSX? 

The short answer is no. You cannot use Synapse X On a system that 
runs on MacOSX, The only way to run Synapse X On a MacOSX System 
is you use a program called Bootcamp. This program is included in 
MacOSX, there are plenty of videos explaining how to use it.  
What if I forgot my username? 

In the Synapse folder, open the auth folder, and deleted the ​token.bin 
file. Then, open Synapse again and press forgot password. Enter your 
email and your username will be emailed to you.  

How do I obfuscate a script? 

Message the Synapse bot “!obfuscate” in direct messages, it will 
respond with a list of variables you can add to your script’s protection. 
Once you’ve chosen all the protection variables you want to be added, 
attach the script to your message and send it. If you’re confused view 
the screenshots below. 

 
How do I download and install a theme? 
Download the two files, ​Monaco.html​, and t​ heme-wpf.json. P ​ ut both of 
these files into the b
​ in​ folder found inside of the ​Synapse X f​ older. If it asks 
you to replace files, press accept. Then relaunch Synapse to enjoy your 
new theme. 
Note: This only applies to stable releases of Synapse X. The beta versions of 
Synapse may not support the theme that you are installing.  

How do I uninstall a theme/go back to the 

original? 
Delete the bin folder of Synapse X, and then open it again. It should then 
reinstall the folder, restoring it to how it was normally.  

How to use saveinstance 

To use saveinstance, you must open and inject SynapseX into a Roblox 
game. This script functions on any game, if it doesn’t have a script in 
place to detect Synapse X. When injected, type “saveinstance()” into 
your script box. This will save both the games map and scripts into the 
“workspace” folder. If you’d like to only save the games map use 
“saveinstance(noscripts=true)”, the file will save into the same directory.   

Where can I find an official list of Synapse 

staff members? 
To find an official list of Synapse X staff members, please join ​This 
Discord​. ​Synapse staff members will have the “Synapse Mods/Admins” 
role or the “Synapse Helpers” role. 
Script Hub Questions 

Q: What is Remote Spy? 

A: Once you execute Remote Spy it will print the Remote Events to 
create FE Scripts. 
 
Q: How do I use Jailbreak Haxx?  
A: To close and open Jailbreak Haxx press "Right Shift" on your 
keyboard.

Q: What does the "Script Dumper" do? 
A: It dumps all the Local Scripts and Module Scripts in the game it also 
works even if they attempt to hide their Scripts. 
 
Q: What does the "Stream Sniper" Script do? 
A: You can join people even if their joins are off, all you need is their 
username and game ID and you’re good to go. 
 
Q: Where is the Phantom Forces Haxx/JailbreakHaxx script? 
A: The scripts were removed from the script hub because they were 
detected by the game. Using it would get you banned, so it was 
removed.

Synapse X is currently not updated 
Check back on Synapse later to see if it had updated. There is an 
announcement in the Synapse Discord server whenever a new update 
is released for it. You can check on Discord to find out whether it had 
updated or not. 
Note: No staff member knows when it is going to update. Please do 
not message any staff member asking for an update. You’re going 
to waste our time and we don’t have an answer for you. 
 
Internal Error with Whitelist (2) 
This can happen when you do not have windows 10. You can download 
it from ​here​. It’s a potential fix so don’t believe it’s the only fix.

computer. 
Also: In some cases, D3DCompiler_43.dll doesn’t download, if so do the 
following.  
 
Download D3DCompiler_43.dll and place it into the bin folder, then 
download it again and place it in the SySWow64 folder. To open that 
folder, hold down the Windows key then at the same time press “R”. 
Once opened, drag D3DCompiler_43.dll into it.  
Access Denied 
Fix 1: Run Synapse as an administrator 
Fix 2: Deleting Bin folder then running synapse as an administrator 
Fix 3: Download the ​2010 Redist​, reinstall Synapse, restart your 
computer, and run Synapse as an administrator.  

Failed to load Synapse libraries. Please 

check you have the Visual Studio 2017 
Redistributable installed 
Fix 1: Delete the Bin folder of Synapse and then relaunch Synapse as an 
administrator. 
Fix 2: Download the following files & reinstall Synapse

Failed to download bootstrapper files  

Fix 1: Download & use a VPN, we recommend to use ​ProtonVPN​ being it 
has a free trial available and free servers for permanent use.  
 
Fix 2: Disable your antivirus or completely uninstall it, below we have 
linked videos presenting how to disable the most common antivirus 
software. (​ click on the name to view the video)

Fix 4: Check if you’re connected to the internet, this is a possible fix. 

“24 hours” Issue 

Fix 1: Contact a staff member explaining that you have the “Please wait 
24 hours before using Synapse again” issue.  
Fix 2: Wait 24 hours 

Web Authentication 
Fix 1: Open Task Manager and look for any suspicious tasks running in 
the background, such as “PremierChoice.exe”.  
Fix 2: Download the ​HitManPro​ antivirus software, when asked for an 
email type in “a.a@a.com”. Once done, run a “Scan Threat”, when it’s 
finished restart your computer. After that, download ​Malwarebytes​ and 
run a “Thread Scan” as well. Once done, remove any suspicious tasks 
that show up, restart your computer, then redownload Synapse.  

Other issues while injecting 

If you get an issue upon injection, check your auto execute if it has any 
scripts that cause an issue. If you find anything in there that does not fit 
the game, just remove it and try injecting again and see if it works. If 
you don't have anything in the auto execute folder use the fixes for 
other injection-based issues. 
 
 
 

C1-RM 
RegAsm is running, RegAsm is a legitimate process but is commonly 
used for Orcus, a popular ratting software. RegAsm is rarely used in 
legitimate programs (if at all) so if it’s running on someone’s PC 
there’s a pretty good chance it’s malware. Do not delete this 
software, contact ​Dyte#0001 ​(or look in the Synapse/Sirmeme discord 
server for him) in-order to get it removed. 

Stuck on “Checking Whitelist” 

Fix 1: Turn your antivirus off. 
Fix 2: Download all the required files for the Injection Fixes, may work. 
Fix 3: Delete the bin folder and run as an administrator. 

Stuck on Initializing 
Go to users in ​Settings​, ​Family & Other People​, and A
​ dd someone else to
this PC​. Then, ​create a new account​ ​(you do not need to add a Microsoft 
account to this). After you have done this, select the account, and press 
Change account type​. Then switch it so that the account has 
administrator privileges and confirm. Then, switch to the other account 
that you just made (You can do this by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete and 
selecting l​ ock​, and then on the login screen and then selecting the new 
account you just made). After doing this, install Synapse on this new 
user, and log in. For an image guide, go ​Here​. 

 
 
 
 
Invalid Username (please contact 3dsboy08) 
This should only occur if you were previously blacklisted, if not, 
contact a staff member immediately.  
You will have to manually change your Computer Name to something 
different than what it currently is. The steps to do so are as follows: 
1. In Windows 10, 8.x, or 7, log into your computer with a ​ dministrative 
rights​. 
2. Navigate to the Control Panel. 
Note: 
For help navigating, see ​Get around in Windows​. 
3. Click the ​System​ ​icon. (If you do not see the ​System​ ​icon, in the upper 
right corner, ​switch the view to Large or Small icons​). 
4. In the "System" window that appears, under the "Computer name, 
domain and workgroup settings" section, on the right, click C ​ hange
settings​. 
5. You will see the "System Properties" window. At the top of the window, 
click the ​Computer Name​ tab. 
6. Click ​Change...​ You will see your computer's name listed. 
7. In the space marked "Computer Name:", delete the text and enter a 
new name for your computer. 
8. Click ​OK​, then O
​ K​ ​again, and then close the ​System​ ​window. 

Failed to download UI files. Please check 

your antivirus software 
Fix 1: Check your anti-virus software and Windows Defender to see if it 
stopped anything found inside of the Synapse folder. 
Fix 2: Open Task Manager, and close any program/process named 
Runtime Broker​.
