Phenolic Cotton Cloth Laminate
Voltis® HGW 2082 industrial laminate is prepared from fine weave woven cotton fabric impregnated
with a phenolic resin, which is pressed and cured into a rigid, mechanically strong laminate.

Conforms to the following international standards: -

IEC 60893 : Grade PF CC 201
DIN 7735 : Grade HGW 2082
Comparable to the following international standards: -

Properties and Applications
Voltis® HGW 2082 exhibits high aging stability, excellent weather resistance, seawater resistance, good
resistance to chemicals and good resistance to flammability. Mechanically, Voltis® HGW 2082 provides
high wear resistance capacity, noise and vibration dampening and good all round mechanical properties.
HGW 2082 is used in many applications, particularly for machined parts, mechanical construction
applications, wear plates and also for gear and cog wheels.
