LEARNING PROCEDURE:
Review of the  Recall the challenges that the characters in the story have undertaken.
Previous Lesson:
Motivation:  Ask, how do you make people believe with what you say?
Lesson Proper/Activity(ies):
 Present the day’s objectives.
 Provide a copy of a persuasive essay and have the students read it.
 Introduce persuasive as one form of essay. Discuss the features in details to prepare students write a
draft.
 Together with the students brainstorm on topics fit for the writing task.
 Task 25- React to the Max on page 24.
 Discuss the different reactions that people may have for a certain issue. Lead the class to a discussion
on the features of persuasive essay.
 Task 26. Matter of Judgment Process understanding of the text . Include reading of Republic Act No.
10627.
Closure:
 What is meant by persuasion?
