LEARNING PROCEDURE:
Review of the Previous Review performance as an element of a play.
Lesson:
Motivation: Ask students to share their greatest depressions in life.
Lesson Proper:
Present the day’s objectives.
Provide students a historical background of the, Greatest Depression in the US during the 1920’s.
Distribute copies of the reading text to the students. Unlock vocabulary.
Silent reading by the students.
Facilitate discussion of the text with the use of the comprehension questions on LM.
Activity/ies:
Have the students draw illustrations about the Great Depression. ( They should be able to put into
drawings how they visualize the situation)
