need of the course.
# To transform the teaching learning pedagogy and system through participative culture developing
a healthy work climate.

The project is about a Developing Faculty in teaching through Case Study Method of Teaching and
systematic evaluation of students Work Activities ensuring effective learning attitude among
students.
# This would be a worthful project indeed because it has a strong belief to inculcate every students
participation in learning and know how to develop working in team and become extrovert in facing
any challenges to come through this continuous exposure of case study method of learning.

60% will be funded by institution itself and rest by donor agencies and government support

It will achieve academic excellence and increased responsibility among students learning system catering the
need of job market. It will bring new way of learning style in the institution and can benchmark with international
academic standards.
