1. Explain the nature, concepts of obligation and its effects.


2. Differentiate the kinds of obligations and the manner of its extinguishment.
3. Describe the concept and kinds of contracts and enumerate as well as explain the essential requisites of contract.
4. Illustrate the different forms of contract and distinguish the different kinds of contract as to validity.

1. Critical Thinking- In case analysis, the student must determine the facts, identify the issue/s related to the course and ascertain the ruling of the Court.

COURSE OUTPUT
The learners will submit a compilation of digested cases stating the facts, issue/s relating to the Law on Obligations and Contracts and Supreme Court’s ruling based of the provisions of the law.
Furthermore, the learners, by group, will draft a simple contract.
