In leadership context, it is essential to choose women as leaders.
Body Paragraph:
Counter Argument 1:
Opponents of this position argue that women tend to have hormonal changes especially when
they are stress in work.
Concession & Refutation:
It is true that women often suffer from hormonal changes almost every month. However, they are
more approachable than men in accepting advices.
Evidence:
They accept any advices regarding their deficiency from being a leader by staffs and especially
by someone they are closer with. Psychologists say that women are more adept at being open,
likely because of their motherly instinct and desire to provide for others.
Concluding Sentence:
Therefore, when women face hormonal changes and become emotionally unstable, they can
easily control them as they accept advices from others.

People also refuse to choose women as leaders because they believe that women are often being
jealous and tend to backbiting over time as stated by a counselor.

This idea is flawed because some women are being stereotyped by having these behaviors, but
not all women like that. Well-educated women are more professional and mature. They always
motivate and support each other.

In fact, women are motivators. They have detective quality hidden in them which often comes
out when in need. They know very well what motivates and triggers their staffs’ fears. This way
they easily come up with ideas to encourage and motivate them.

Thus, women being jealous and backbiting their friends as stated by the opponents are totally
wrong as they are more likely to motivate each other.

I understand that some workers are comfortable by the way they are working. However, these
changes from women are because they are good in management. They want to improve
something either in a country or organization.

out and scheduling as well. They also know how to efficiently handle resources, how to allocate
them and how to maintain a balance.

Choosing a great leader is definitely crucial to make a successful result especially in a
country. A country or organization without a great leader will definitely fails to achieve target. We
often see men are chosen as leaders especially as The President or Prime Minister in country. New
Zealand stands as one of the countries that choose woman as their leader. Jacinda Ardern, The
Prime Minister of New Zealand has shown her professionalism in leading the country. Despite the
terror attack that occurred in Christchurch in March, she manages to keep the country in peace by
banning assault rifles. That is when I believe in leadership context, it is essential to choose women
as leaders.

Ardern as an example of a great woman leader is definitely true. Thus, we need to make women
as leaders. No matter what others might say, I strongly believe that women are definitely great
leaders than men.
