How to become a member of CARD MBA?
Join and be a client of any Microfinance Institution (MFI) affiliated with
1 CARD MRI like CARD,Inc. CARD Bank, CARD SME Bank, RBI and CARD BDSFI.
(Must be 18 but not more than 65 years old.)

Attend weekly center meetings.

2 Fill-up Aplikasyon sa Pagiging Kasapi (APK) Form from your Account Offic
and submit required proof / documents such as Birth Certificate, Marriage
Contract etc.
How to become a member of CARD MBA?
Pay weekly CARD MBA Contribution amounting to Php 20.00 aside from

3 weekly savings deposit. Php 15.00 for Life Insurance and Php 5.00 for
Retirement Savings Fund.

CARD MBA will encode in CMS (CARD MBA System) the

4 member’s personal data based on their submitted APK.


CARD MBA will also issue and members will be given Certificate
of Membership (CoM) as their insurance policy.

marketing and underwriting activities
of the P.O pertaining to the various
product lines of the Association;

coordination with the MBA Coordinators
and Unit Managers; maintains updated

from “1-3-5” day method to “8-24 hour” settlement strategy–
within eight (8) hours to 24 hours the Association must be able
to pay its clients’ insurance claims.
