1.4 Feature of structure

1. The console applies LCD display radiography and fluoroscopy parameters, the device has
the knob for choosing mA, kV, it has two tube settings, it’s controlled by procedure interlock, it’s
separated and non-interfering when choose mA, kV, s for both radiography and fluoroscopy.
2. The console controls the exposure time by MCU internal clock to get accurate exposure
time. It lowers down maximally the exposure time errors due to the outside interference. With the
microprocessor limited-time control, it achieves the precise exposure time control.
3. This equipment adopts microcomputer monitoring anode start-up and operation, also the
working state of filament heating circuit. Where the Anode can’t start operation, tube filament off
etc., MCU automatically displays the error code.
4. When select the exposure tube current, it can also get the focus. It can automatically switch
over the focus when choose current, making the most goodness of the tube. With MCU control, it
fully guarantee the filament heating time to ensure filament be heated to stable condition. When
the photographic condition selections are completed, press the “hand switch” I, filament begin to
heat up and delay under the control of the program, when press “hand switch” II, it starts to expose.
After exposure, it returns to ready state.
5. This equipment adopts mA, kV, s three parameters free matching work method. According
to x-ray capacity constrain, the software programs interlock protection conditions. When the
chosen values of the photographic conditions are in excess of the designated value, buzzer
sounds, the same parameters in the panel unchanged.
6. The photograph high voltage compensation is made by software, to ensure more accurate
tube voltage output under stipulated power conditions. At the same time, in the design of filament
heating circuit, it provides a different filament heating circuit with different kV and mA , and
improves the stable ray output.
7. The limit time of fluoroscope of this equipment is controlled by program. According to the
regulation of national 3C security standard, when the fluoroscope time reaches 4.5min one time,
the equipment begins to alarm. And the time returns to zero after pressing the RESET switch.
When the time reaches to 5min one time, the equipment will be forced to stop working. This time, it
can’t fluoroscope even the switch is pressed. The equipment begins to fluoroscope again only
when the switch is released and RESET switch is pressed.
8. The low-voltage power supply was isolated in this equipment, in particular, MCU power
supply; fully protect the stability of the work of the MCU.
9. Exposure mode of this equipment use two-steps hand-switch control mode, hand switch
control circuit adopts a safe voltage control.
10. When hand switch level Ⅱ is pressed before the warming delay finishes, MCU control will
make the tube expose after the warming delay finishes to give a full protection of the tube. When
take radiography of spot film on the diagnostic table, when the film cassette is in place, press the
exposure button, then the equipment begins to make exposure. As a result, it improves the
flexibility of different radiography objects.
11. In order to prevent the non-radiation personnel get X-ray radiation, the equipment has an
external interlock device interface. When Installation, remove the short wiring between the 11 and
12 on the terminal plate X11, then connect normally closed port of interlock device.
