Maintenance and Cleaner

Job Description
Remove dust, soil on all grease fittings on equipment’s and trucks especially on
track pads of backhoe and bulldozer.
By using the grease gun fill with grease to lubricate all the moving parts of the
equipment and trucks.
When greasing is done bring the equipment or truck to the cleaning area.
Before applying any liquid check all electric or electronic devices to be properly
protected to avoid short circuit or damage.
Clean the surfaces thoroughly, maybe it needs power spray.
In some parts need soap and cleaning adhesive to remove stain and rust to keep
part surface clean.
The interior portion, clean the dashboard, if necessary use cleaning element to
keep dashboard and glasses clean and clear.
Use vacuum cleaner to clean the flooring, mats and all the seats.
If water applied inside make sure to keep it dry.
Before let it be use, Emphasize to the driver operator about good housekeeping
on vehicle.
Report any damage or need replacement to immediate supervisor.

Job Description
Prepare the working place for a convenient and safe to work.
Responsible in preparing and caring of all machines and tools needed.
Work as a team with professional ethics.
Perform trouble shooting, tune up, body repair and welding if it is needed.
After performing mechanical check up prepare the equipment and vehicle to be
clean.
Use power spray to clean muds, grease, and oil on under chassis.
Add soap and cleaning element to clean flame to remove stain.
Use vacuum cleaner to clean the interior of truck equipment and vehicles.
After the cleaning dry the interior and exterior of equipment, truck, vehicle
before it will be use.
Report any detected damage or need replacement to the immediate supervisor.
To do some other jobs if told to do so.
