LKG ADMISSION 2020-2021

Application forms for LKG will be available on 27th and 28th August 2019,
[Tuesday and Wednesday] in our website
The copy of the Application form should be submitted at the Kindergarten office on
29th and 30th August 2019 [Thursday and Friday]

1. We follow two boards. (a) CBSE (b) Kerala State (English medium). There are two
schools on the campus. (a) Rajagiri Public School (CBSE) (b) Rajagiri Higher Secondary
School (STATE BOARD).

2. In the Kindergarten, we follow a play-way, mixed approach - the best of Montessori

practices and a syllabus designed by us. In Std I, students will go to CBSE or State
according to what has been allotted at the time of Kindergarten admission.

3. Options to choose CBSE syllabus, State syllabus or to apply for both is mentioned in
the form. Those who apply for CBSE may get State board, according to the availability
of seats in CBSE.

4. Strictly adhere to the age criteria mentioned. The child should complete 4 years and
shouldn’t exceed 5 years as on June 1, 2020 i.e., the child should be born between 1
June 2015 and 1 June 2016. If discrepancy is found, your application will be rejected.

5. Application forms will be available only on our website. It should be submitted

online and a copy should be submitted to the office as per the dates given below.
Application forms will not be available from the Rajagiri Kindergarten office.

Time allotted for online submission and downloading :

27th August [Tuesday] 08:00am to 28th August 2019 [Wednesday] 04:00
pm.

Dates and time for Submission in the Kindergarten Office –29th August,
[Thursday] 08:30 am to 03:00 pm & 30th August 2019, [Friday] 08:30 am
to 01:00 pm.
 6. The following should be kept ready before downloading the form.
I. Demand Draft from any bank should be taken in favour of Rajagiri
Kindergarten, Kalamassery. Rs. 300/- for a form, Rs. 500/- for opting for both.
[CBSE and STATE]. a) D D No: b) Date c) Name of bank should be entered in
the form.

II. Email ID is mandatory. If a parent has to submit more than one form eg:-
twins, separate email ID ‘s should be given in order to submit the forms
online.

7. Application should be filled in capital letters. Take the print of the submitted form
online in A 4 size paper.

Last date and time for receiving application form at the office: 30th August 2019,
Friday till 01:00 pm.

8. A passport size photo should be affixed and an attested copy (self attested) of your
child’s birth certificate should be attached along with the form at the time of
submission in the office. (Strictly follow the age criteria, otherwise application will be
rejected).

9. Further details regarding the admission procedure will be given from the kindergarten
office, at the time of submission.

10.Late submission of the application forms will not be entertained at any

cost.

It is compulsory that both the parents should

come along with the child to submit the
application form.
