2 Definition of the project 

The  client  needs  for  his  precast  plant  in  Tripoli  an  ADJUSTABLE  STAIRCASE  MOULD  to  precast  the 
following stairs: 

 
 
Mold simple adjustable for staircase, where they can adjust height and depth of the steps, width of 
the path and quantity of steps. 

3 Description of the equipment 

 
ADJUSTABLE STAIRCASE MOULD: 
 
These moulds allow manufacturing staircases elements in HORIZONTAL position. The mould will be 
designed according to client´s drawings and specifications. 
 
The mould allow manufacturing staircase according to dimensions in the drawings: 
Height of the steps: 140 to 170 mm 
Footprint of the step: 300 mm 
Maximum quantity of steps: 14 units 
 
The mould includes the possibility to cast landings on each extreme.

The number of steps could be regulated for other projects using stoppers with magnets. The mould 
works using normal or self‐levelling concrete and includes pneumátical vibration.
