event of a tie, the Builder with the highest productivity of each MDRT within a Direct Unit (by 2020 FYP
production) will be recognized as the Winner.
8. The incentive trip will be bound by the terms & conditions set in the PAMB Agency Incentive Trip Management
Guidelines (appended).

4.3. Life Club Builder category: Based on highest number of eligible Group / Direct Unit Life Club Qualifiers in Q1
and in April – May. In the event of a tie, the Builder with the highest Basic Sum Assured (from eligible Life
Club Qualifiers) will be recognized as the Winner.
4.3.1. A Life Club qualifier in Q1 is defined as an agent who captures 2 NB eSub Cases monthly or 8 NB eSub
Cases in January – March.
4.3.2. A Life Club qualifier in April – May is defined as an agent who captures 2 NB eSub Cases monthly or 6
NB eSub Cases in April – May.
4.3.3. NB eSub Cases must have BSA ≥ 100K in order to be counted, as per Life Club rules.
4.3.4. A Life Club qualifier can be counted once only, e.g. if an Agent meets Life Club requirements in Q1
and also in April – May, this agent will be counted as “one qualifier” only.

Annual Awards & Recognition Definitions
A) Eligibility
1. Rookie Leader = Newly promoted Agency Leader in 2020,
o From UM2 to AM.
o From Agent to UM1.
2. New Agents / Y1 Agents = Agents contracted in 2020.
3. Y2 Agents = Agents contracted in 2019.
4. Rejoined Agent = Agents who rejoin PAMB less than 18 months from the date of termination / resignation will
be considered Rejoined Agents.
C) Production Credit
1. TPC = A (Conventional Life + Takaful Life) + B (Credit Points)
3. B (Credit Points)
3.1. Consists of 10% Single Premium / Contribution Products, 10% PSA and 10% Cash Builder.
3.1.1. All other PSA products not mentioned in 2.2 will be counted at 10%.
3.2. B is subject to a maximum of 25% of (A).

2020 Life Club Quarterly Challenge
A) Contest Period

D) Case Count
1. Basic Sum Assured from New Business eSub cases only will be counted for this contest.
2. Each New Business eSub case captured must have a minimum Basic Sum Assured (BSA) of 100K.
3. A maximum of only 1 case count will be granted per policy, regardless of its BSA amount or the number of
endorsements that is done on the same policy, within the qualifying period.

General Provisions
1. Treatment of SST
1.1. SST payment amounts will not be counted as part of production, or for persistency calculations.
3. Treatment of rewards.
3.1. All qualifiers must maintain a valid contract with the Company at the time of receiving the reward.
3.2. Reward items won are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable and not exchangeable in lieu of cash or
any other benefits in kind, unless otherwise specified.
3.3. Incentive Trip rewards will be managed according to the Agency Incentive Trip Management Guidelines,
unless otherwise specified.
3.4. Rewards are subject to tax, in accordance with the requirements of the Inland Revenue Board (IRB).
4. Production / case count from new business / endorsements which are found to be reduced or cancelled, within
the contest period or within 6 months from the end of the contest period, will be adjusted accordingly.
4.1. The adjustment applies to CFI, lapsation, removal of riders, and any other action that causes a reduction in
premiums / contributions.
4.2. The Company reserves the right to claw back rewards, where applicable.
7. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Agency Leader / Agent from receiving the relevant awards, or
claw back the relevant rewards, in the following situations, but not limited to these situations only:
7.1. The Agency Leader / Agent is found to have breached any requirements stipulated by the Company, or any
provision in his / her Agency Agreement with the Company, or if he / she is found to have breached his /
her fiduciary duties to PAMB.
7.2. The Agency Leader / Agent has placed production / case count under their spouse, or under any other
Agency Leader / Agent.
7.3. The Agency Leader / Agent has policies that are detected under premium churning.
8. The Company’s decision on all matters relating to any contest or reward will be final and binding on all persons
participating in the contest or reward.
8.1. The Company reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, delete or add to any of the rules and
general provisions from time to time, if and when it is necessary, without prior notice.

Appendix
Agency Distribution
This set of guidelines shall be the standard operating practice for PAMB Agency Incentive Trip
Management with effect from 1st January 2020.
The guidelines shall apply to all annual and short drive incentive trips launched and organized by
Agency Distribution including Star Club Summit and Star Club trips unless stated otherwise in the
respective incentive/sales drives circular communicated to agency force.
1) TRIP AWARD
1.1) Transfer of Award: All trips award won by agency members are strictly non-transferable.
1.2) Upgrading of Award: There shall be no upgrading of trip award from a lower tier to a higher
tier. E.g: Star Club qualifier upgrading to Star Club Summit trip.
1.3) Downgrading of Award: There shall be no downgrading of trip award from a higher tier to a
lower tier. E.g: Star Club Summit qualifier downgrading to Star Club trip. Higher tier
qualifiers however, are allowed to purchase tickets to join the lower tier trips, subject to
availability.
2) TRAVELLING PERIOD
2.1) All incentive trips travel, including the Star Club Summit and Star Club will be organized at
a time/period when it is most viable and deemed suitable by the Company.
2.2) For trip organization effectiveness, the management will take into consideration the
destination weather/season, Company’s events schedule and other logistic factors.
3.1) All incentive trips will be ex/end Kuala Lumpur. If there are other available points of
departures, this will be made known to the qualifiers in the trip info pack.
3.2) No accommodation or transport will be provided for outstation qualifiers who travel to
Kuala Lumpur, except for trip qualifiers from East Malaysia as per the table below.
This is strictly only applicable for Star Club Summit & Star Club qualifiers, with proof of air
ticket.
4.1) Trip qualifiers will have a choice of select either attending the trip or opt for the pre-
determined cash reward as stated in the actual trip contest circular; except for the following
categories;
(a) President’s Club
(b) Prudential Agency Leader Conference (PALC)
(c) And any other incentive trips that may be subsequently determined later.
5) TRIP REGISTRATION
5.1) For trip participation, qualifiers will have to login to the trip online registration system which
will be announced and made available to the trip qualifiers.
5.2) Allotment of trip departure dates, airline seats, etc. will be on a first come first served
basis, subject to availability.
5.3) Qualifiers who have not registered or responded by the stipulated deadline will be
considered as non-participation of the trip and cash reward will be processed to the
qualifiers a month after the said trip event.
6) NON-QUALIFIERS
6.1) All trip qualifiers are only entitled to purchase an additional one (1) ticket for their
spouse/child (age of 7 & above) provided that they themselves are joining the trip. As
priority will be given to the qualifiers, purchase of any additional tickets will be on a waiting
list subject to airline seats and hotel accommodation.
6.2) Non-qualifiers who are contracted agents and agency leaders with the Company are not
allowed to purchase tickets to participate in the incentive trip.
6.3) Agency leader is only allowed to purchase tickets to join the trip provided that they have a
downline participating trip qualifier (must be of agent’s rank). However this is subject to
airline seats and hotel availability.
7) CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW
7.1) Participants who have registered and confirmed going for the trip but subsequently
cancelled or do not turn up at the airport for the trip departure (no show) will have to bear
all the cancellation fees as imposed by third party suppliers; airlines, hotels, travel agency,
travel ground operator, etc.
8.1) All trip participants are strongly encouraged to purchase their own travel insurance before
departing for the trip.
8.2) Options of travel insurance schemes will be made available in the online trip registration
system to facilitate this purchase.
8.3) The Company will not be liable for any travel, accidental or medical expenses incurred by
the qualifiers or their spouses/partners, etc. in the event of any mishaps, unfortunate or
unforeseen incidents.
9) MEDICAL CASES
9.1) Trip participants of the following categories will need to provide a medical letter of health
fitness certified by a doctor to ensure that they are fit to travel;
(a) Female participants who are pregnant.
(b) Elderly participants who are above the age of 70.
(c) Any other participants who have known medical illness.
9.2) The Company will not be held responsible in the event of any mishaps, unfortunate or
unforeseen incidents.
10.1) Star Club Summit and Star Club qualifiers will have the option of utilizing their trip award
for the following;
(a) Umrah/Haj
(b) Annual MDRT Meeting in US.
(c) No other trip options will be allowed other than (a) or (b).
10.2) Trip options package will be managed by the qualifiers themselves and not organized by
the Company. The Company will at its discretion organize for the trip if it deems
appropriate.
11.2) All incentive trip awards are subject to tax declaration in accordance to the regulations of
the Inland Revenue Board.
12) TERMINATION
12.1) Qualifier whose contract is terminated or no longer contracted with the Company will be
disqualified and no longer eligible to participate in the incentive trip or request for any trip
encashment.
13.1) All trip participants are solely responsible for their own travel documents and related fees,
including passport and visa, ie. validity, eligibility, safety, etc.
13.2) The Company will not be held responsible or accountable for any participant who is
restricted by the countries authorities, including the Malaysian Immigration Department to
enter or leave their country, for any reasons.
13.3) The Company will not be liable for any financial or other losses, or indemnity as a result of
item 13.2.
14.1) The Company reserves the right to change the trip destination or travelling period if there
are any circumstances which in its opinion could adversely affect the safety of the
participants.
14.2) The Company reserves the right at its absolute discretion to make any amendments to
the existing guidelines, as and when deemed necessary, without any given prior notice.
14.3) The Company’s decision on any matter concerning the Agency Incentive Trip
Management guideline shall be final and no correspondences will be entertained.
