The following guidelines are to be followed in writing the book report:
 Students are expected to submit the Book Report (Individual Task) on January 13,
2020 (Reading & Writing Skills class). Should a student fail to submit on time, he/
she will receive a zero (0) mark on the said product task;
 students may use one (1) up to two (2) pieces of paper in answering the guide
questions;
 students will include a sketch of what they choose as the best scene in the story and
provide a sentence or two as their explanation (A4);
 students are to STRICTLY follow the NO PLAGIARIZING policy;
 students are to use A4 (8.27”x11.69”) for the paper size, Arial, 12 for the font style
and size, ‘narrow’ for the margin and 1.5 line spacing.

Criteria for grading:


Brief explanation for each item - 6 pts. (x5) =30 pts.
Sketch with written explanation - 20 pts.
TOTAL: 50 pts.
