Dear Candidate;
We thank you for responding to our Rectt. Advt. No. CVPP/HR/Rectt/2017/01 for recruitment of Various Posts in CVPP , in our Organization. Please note the
following points :
1. You will not be allowed to enter into the test centre without this Admit Card with photograph affixed on it.
2. For your own interest, you may visit the centre one day in advance to confirm the approachability and location of the Centre.
3. You are requested to appear for the written test at the centre on the date and time specified above. TA will be paid by the company only to SC/ST candidates
subject to filling up and submission of TA reimbursement forms along with the proof of journey. The duration of the test is 3 hrs.
4. You should reach the test centre on or before the entry closing time mentioned above. late comers/candidates reporting after (10:30 am) will not be permitted
to appear in the test.
5. The question booklet will be bilingual (English and Hindi). Each objective question is followed by four responses serialled A to D. Your task is to choose only
one correct/best response and mark your response with blue or black ball point pen (not with the gel pen) in the OMR Answer Sheet and not in the Question
booklet. You must check that the question booklet has 200 (Two Hundred) questions with multiple choice answers. 30 questions on aptitude, 30 questions on
English language, 20 questions on reasoning, 20 questions on general awareness and 100 questions on Professional knowledge/respective
domains/discipline covering the total course. If any discrepancy is found, immediately report to the room invigilator for change of booklet.
6. Completely darken the CICRLE so that the alphabet inside the CIRCLE is not visible. Any other method of marking answers is wrong.
7. Mark answer only in the space provided. Darken ONLY ONE CIRCLE for answer against each question. If you darken more than one circle against any
question or any stray mark is found on more than one circle, your answer for that question will not be evaluated. For every correct answer one mark will be
awarded. There will be negative marking of 1/3rd for this test. No mark will be awarded or deducted for not attempting a question.
8. Strictly follow the instructions given by Centre Supervisor / Room invigilator and those given on the Question Booklet.
9. DO NOT fold or wrinkle the OMR Answer Sheet. Rough work MUST NOT be done on the OMR Answer Sheet. Use your question booklet for this purpose.
10. You should carry any one of the following in original as proof of identity without which you may not be allowed to write the Written Test : Aadhaar
Card/Voter Identity Card/Passport/PAN Card/Driving License/Credit Card with photograph issued by banks.
11. You have to put your signature on Admit Card and OMR Answer Sheet in presence of room invigilator and ensure that the room invigilator also puts his/her
signature on your Admit Card and OMR Answer Sheet in the space provided.
12. Request for change of Test centre/test date and address of correspondence will not be entertained under any circumstances.
13. DO NOT BRING MOBILE PHONES/ SCANNING DEVICES / ANY ELECTRONIC GADGET/PAPERS/NOTES/BOOKS/ CORRECTION FLUID,
CALCULATOR, ERASER, PAAN, GUTKA, CIGARETTE AND EATABLE ITEMS TO THE TEST CENTRE; PLEASE NOTE THAT, NO ARRANGEMENTS
FOR STORING THESE ITEMS WILL BE MADE AT THE TEST CENTRE AS THESE ITEMS ARE BANNED INSIDE THE CENTRE.
14. Any candidate found using unfair means will be debarred from the Written Test.
15. Candidates shall not be allowed to leave the Examination hall once the question papers have been distributed, till the end of the test.
16. The candidature for this test is provisional and subject to the candidate's having passed the qualifying examination with the required medical standards. This
letter should, therefore, not be construed as acceptance of the eligibility for recruitment for respective posts in CVPP. If at any stage it is found that the
candidate is not eligible for the post, his/her candidature will be summarily rejected.
17. If there is any variation between the English and Hindi version of a question, please treat the English version as correct.
18. The admit card, question paper and OMR answer sheet will be collected by the invigilator after the test.
19. Mobile phones are not permitted at the test centre.
