We thank you for responding to our advertisement for recruitment of Operator­cum­Technician (Trainee).
1. You are requested to appear for the written test at the Centre on the date and time specified below.
2. The Admit Card and ISP's copy of Bank Challan must be handed over to the Room Invigilator.Please note down your Roll Number and
Registration number for future reference and keep a photo copy with you as this Admit Card will be collected from you at the time of written
test.You may also carry original valid ID proof such as Voter/PAN/Aadhar cards/Driving Licence/Passport.
3. You should reach the Test Centre before the reporting time as mentioned below. Candidates without Biometric Registration or coming late
will not be permitted to appear in the test.
4. You are being allowed to appear in written test provisionally, subject to receipt and verification of all your documents, hence, before appearing
in this written test, you must ensure that you fulfil the eligibility and other norms mentioned in the advertisement, as on the specified dates and
the particulars furnished by you in your application are correct in all respects. In case it is detected at any stage of selection process, that
you do not fulfil the eligibility norms and / or that you have furnished any incorrect/false information or have suppressed any material fact(s),
your candidature will automatically stand cancelled. If any of the above shortcoming(s) is/are detected at time of or before the interview or
even after appointment, your candidature will be cancelled/services are liable to be terminated without any notice.
5. Request for change of Test Centre/Test Date will not be entertained under any circumstances.
6. You may kindly note that no travelling expenses will be admissible for appearing in the written test.
7. Please note that SAIL­ISP will not be responsible for any loss of email sent, due to invalid/wrong email ID provided by the candidate or for
delay/non­receipt of information if a candidate fails to access his/her email/website in time.
8. Please ensure that you bring with you blue or black ball point pen for appearing in the written test.
9. Do not bring laptops, mobile phones, wrist watches, calculators, scales, scanning devices and other electronic gadgets to the examination
centre. Please note that no arrangements for storing these will be made at the Exam Centre as these items are banned inside the Centre.
Any candidate found using, or in possession of such unauthorized material, indulging in copying or impersonation or adopting unfair means, is
liable to be summarily disqualified and may be subjected to penal action. Impersonation in written test would be viewed seriously and they
may be handed over to the Police.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ANSWER IN THE WRITTEN TEST

1. The following are some instruction regarding the written test.

a. Candidates are not allowed to carry any papers, notes, books, correction fluid, calculators, cellular phones, scanning device, pager etc.
In the examination hall. Any candidate found using or in possession of such unauthorized materials or indulging in copying or adopting
unfair means is liable to be summarily disqualified.
b. Strictly follow the instructions given by Centre Supervisor/Room Invigilator and those given on the Question Booklet.
c. You must bring blue or black ball point pen for written test.
d. After finishing the examination, hand over complete question booklet and answer sheet to the Room Invigilator. DO NOT carry the
question booklet or any part thereof outside the examination room. Doing so is a punishable offense.

2. The test is objective type, each objective question is followed by four responses in serial A.B,C & D. Your task is to choose onlyone
correct/best response and mark your response with blue or black ball point pen in the Answer Sheet and not in the Question Booklet. Even if
you mark a small point in any circle, It will be treated as an answer.
3. Completely darken the CIRCLE so that the number inside the CIRCLE is not visible. Any other method of marking answers is wrong as
shown below.

4. Darken ONLY ONE CIRCLE for each answer. If you darken more than one circle or any stray mark is found on more than one circle, your
answer will be treated as wrong.
5. Mark answer only in the space provided. DO NOT make any stray marks anywhere on the answer sheet. DO NOT fold or wrinkle the
answer sheet. Rough work MUST NOT be done on the answer sheet. Use your test booklet for this purpose.
