To whom it may concern:

We, Nicholas Edward L. Ulanday and Eunice D. Gulpe, are writing this letter to notify you that we have
decided to cancel our contract with PINK Events effective October 27, 2018. We have come up with this
decision because we have been facing so much trouble with the said management’s services:

- Meet ups are always rescheduled and cancelled


- Timeline not being met as promised
- Invitations still not released with the coordinator, Ms. Monica Batingal, not complying with the
agreed date of release
- Not answering calls, replying to messages promptly and professionally
- Only 2 meetings were made since the signing of contract
- Not sending the timeline and details of the wedding, name and contact number of suppliers,
program, etc.
- Not sending proof of conversations when notifying us that the suppliers have cancelled our
meets ups
- Wrong information of caterer. We have come to know that PINK Events is not a tie-up of JaLuz
Catering anymore, yet we were informed by Ms. Monica Batingal that it is our caterer for the
wedding. She did not inform and even consult us regarding the matter.
- Ms. Monica Batingal did not meet us in our scheduled ocular and food tasting, and even made
us wait until 1:30am to meet her, ending that she did not show up and suddenly did not reply to
our messages. She also informed us that the caterer was on his way to the venue, yet he did not
show up as well.

It is mentioned in our contract that it may be cancelled in case of expected quality of service not
met, and due to the stated reasons, we are cancelling the contract. In line with this, we ask for the
management to refund our payment in full which totals to sixty one thousand five hundred fifty
pesos (Php 61,550) before November 10, 2018. Failure to do so will prompt us to report this matter
to the authorities and be addressed in due process.

We hope that you understand this decision since we have entered into a contract, wherein you are
expected to deliver the best service that is due to us the best way you can, and failure to do so merit
its cancellation. Thank you.
