Dear Ms. Kim,

On behalf of the rest of the team at VonRic Event Services, I regret to inform you that the
above-mentioned event, which was set for June 28th, has been canceled owing to a
miscommunication between our team and Hotel Trivago management during our discussion
last week. They informed us that two of their permits are still awaiting approval from the City
Engineer's Office before the inauguration can proceed.

In accordance with this, they notified our team yesterday that the permits had been processed.
They did say, however, that the inauguration would be delayed until June 25th. We'd like to
let you know that there have been some minor adjustments to the guidelines that we must
follow in compliance with the hotel's administration.

We deeply apologize for this unexpected inconvenience, and we remain eager to collaborate
with your team as soon as possible. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has
caused you and your colleagues. We never expected this to happen because we wanted the
event to run smoothly and without any issues. Safely assume that we will maintain a thorough
review on this project so that we don't run into any tough spots. Thank you for your patience
and understanding at this difficult time.
