VII. Event Agreement

This contract is between the client Claire Afable and Raphael Castro and the
company Ella’s event planning services. This is regards to the following
agreements for the said event “Claire and Raphael’s Wedding” Garden/Rose Gold
themed wedding event to be held on 18th of February 2020:

Photography and Videography:

 We will arrange photography and video footage on the event, including the
same day edit.

Cancellations

 Once the event cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the


control, full cost of the event shall be cancelled as well.

Safety Control

 Ella’s event and catering services will assure you to provide the safety and
healthy upon the start until the end of the event.

Payment

 50% deposit to be given 2 months before the event


 In case of cancellations:
- 30% of payment shall be refunded for 1 month before the event
- 10% for 2 weeks before the event
- And total of 0% refund one day before the event.
