It will be recalled that Ethiopian Electric Power (EEP) has signed an EPC contractwith HYdrochina-
CGCOC JV for the implementation of AdamA II Wind Power Project with ref. No. 33.20/9/05 dated
on Oct. 11, 2012.

In line with this the Contractor requested us to right an invitation letter to your office to get
business visa for the Contractor’s staff to implement Adama II Wind Power Project.

Therfore, you are kindly requesting your good office to give support for the Contractor’s staff to the
implementation of Adama II Wind Power Project.
