INSTRUCTIONS
     
1. Please bring this call-letter in original with your recent passport size photograph firmly
pasted on it when you come for the examination. Candidates without the photograph on
the call-letter will not be permitted to appear for the examination.
2. Please surrender this call letter AND Challan/ counterfoil of the remittance slip used for
remitting application fee, to the invigilator.
3. A booklet giving information about the type of test you will be taking is attached. Study
this booklet carefully.
4. You must bring two HB pencils, one ball point pen, one eraser and one pencil sharpener
with you.
5. Please do not bring books, written notes, loose sheets, calculator, cell phones etc. in the
examination hall. Any candidate found resorting to any unfair means or malpractice or
any misconduct while appearing at the examination including giving/ receiving help to/
from any candidate during the test would be disqualified.
6. Before coming for the written examination, please ensure that you are eligible
according to the eligibility criteria stipulated in the Advertisement / Notification. If
you are not eligible, your candidature will be cancelled at any stage of the
recruitment. Please note that even if you qualify in the written examination and
subsequently it is found that you do not fulfill the eligibility criteria, your
candidature will be cancelled.
7. You may please note that this call letter does not constitute an offer of employment.
8. You are advised to report at the examination venue 30 minutes before the time of the
examination as printed on this call letter. Candidates arriving late will not be permitted to
enter the examination hall and appear for the examination. Candidates are hence advised
to report at the venue before the time stipulated.
9. The test booklet and answer sheets supplied to the candidates must be returned intact to
the invigilator. Any candidate trying to tamper/ take them away or found in unauthorized  
possession is likely to be prosecuted.
10. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or to bring political or other outside
influence with regard to their selection / recruitment shall be considered as  
DISQUALIFICATION.
11. You must follow the instructions given by the Test Administrators and the invigilator in
the examination. Candidates found violating these instructions will be disqualified and/
or may be asked to leave the examination hall.
12. Please check the accuracy of the information as regards name, address printed on
the call letter. In case of any discrepancy, you are requested to indicate the same on
this call letter and hand over at the time of examination. You may appear in the
 
examination with the Call Letter downloaded by you and you need not send any
correspondence indicating the corrections. Please also write your correct name on
the answersheet at the time of examination.
13. Please note down the Roll Number and quote it in all future correspondence in this
 
regard.
14. You are required to appear for the written test at your own expense.
15. You will be given the answer sheet and question booklet. You have to surrender the
answer sheet and the booklet(s) to the invigilator after the examination.
16. You will not be permitted to use cell phones, calculators, logarithm tables, books or notes
during the examination.
17. If you fail to comply with the instructions you will not be permitted to appear for the
examination.
18. The result of the written test will be displayed on Bank's website www.federalbank.co.in
 
and no individual communication in this regard will be given to unsuccessful candidates
  Note: You have to sign on the call letter in the presence of the invigilator in the
examination hall, failing which your answer sheet may not be assessed.
