1 Using the no. 180 abrasive papers & make Foreman TO
surface smooth before barrier application
2 Call inspection Foreman TO

3  The entire surface are abrasive no 150 sand Foreman TO

paper and wipe or wash the surface with cleaning
solvent and let it dry for 30 minutes. Then apply 2
coats of Master Water Base Resin Barrier at 30
g/m2 using spray gun. After 4 hours drying &
sand very lightly with 320 sand paper for
consecutive layers

4 Call inspection TO PM

5 Stir well before use the enamel paint as per Foreman TO

the color scheme. Dilute 5% ~ 10% by volume
with clean water.
6 Clean the surface is with cloth before applying Foreman TO
the paint.
 7 By using a spray machine apply gently even Foreman TO
coats on timber surface. Allow 24 hrs for
consecutive coats. Use 180 abrasive papers
before the second coat,. If necessary clean
the surface with piece of cloth. Application
rate 2~4 SqM/Kg
8 Before using the Spray Machine cover all the
surfaces which should be protected from
spray.
9 Ensure the HSE during the entire process Safety Officer PM
