I hereby state that I have personally viewed examples of Ryan Ibita Photography’s prior work and therefore
approve of and agree to abide by Ryan Ibita Photography’s creative decisions in the videotaping and editing
process. I have also read the terms of this agreement and accept the conditions as listed.

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. A first installment payment equal to 2,000 (will be deducted from the total package price) is required in order to
reserve Ryan Ibita Photography’s services for the wedding date. A second installment equal to 75% the package
price will be due after the wedding event. The final balance will be due upon completion of the Submission of
outputs. If the client cancels the production prior to the wedding date, the deposit and second payment will be
refunded to the client only if Ryan Ibita Photography can rebook the wedding date, if not the second payment will
only be refundable.

2. The client is solely responsible for securing permission from the site owner/operator for use of the production site
as well as authority for us to set up all necessary production equipment. It is understood that the quality of the
production is dependent upon adequate lighting, camera/microphone positions and other conditions not under the
control of Ryan Ibita Photography.

3. We are not responsible for poor audio if the groom does not agree to wear a lapel microphone, dark or grainy
video resulting from inadequate lighting or the refusal of the client to allow camera-top lighting at the reception, or
electrical or mechanical malfunctions on location that are beyond our control.

4. The agreement of the service to perform is subject to proven detention by sudden illness, accidents, acts of God,
or any other legitimate condition beyond the control of Ryan Ibita Photography. Every reasonable attempt will be
made to secure a backup or Photographer or videographer in such an unlikely event.

5. We will establish an arrival time for the wedding date with the client prior to that date. Our arrival time is 4 hours
before the event for the coverage of the Preparation for the Event.

6. We reserve the right to discontinue coverage in any situation (ex: rain, extreme temperatures, humidity,
hazardous locations) that could put the safety of the Photographer and videographer or equipment at risk.

7. Because We are generally on the same schedule as the bride and groom, the client agrees to provide Ryan Ibita
Photography with a reasonable meal during the time that the bride and groom are served at the reception. If this
meal is provided out of view of the reception activities, we cannot guarantee that any events occurring during the
Photographer or videographer’s absence will be captured.

8. Any expenses incurred by Ryan Ibita Photography not pertaining directly to the production of the Photos and
video (ex: out-of-town accommodations, tux rental, parking, shipping, etc.) will be added to the client’s balance.

9. The completed outputs will be considered a finished product, and any additional requested revisions will be added
to the client’s balance.

10. The original tapes remain the property of Ryan Ibita Photography. The client gives Ryan Ibita Photography
permission to use footage from the original tapes to market Ryan Ibita Photography’s wedding Coverage services.
The client is responsible for all copyrighted music used in the wedding video.

11. Any special requests overriding the terms and conditions of this contract must be specified in the Wedding
Production Worksheet during the final consultation prior to the wedding date.

12. All Raw Files (Videos and Photos) Will be deleted 3 months after the submission of outputs. The client can copy
the files by Providing any Storage Devices (Flashdrive, External HD, etc).

13. Ryan Ibita Photography cannot guarantee that all footages and photos will be shown on our Products (video and
Photo album).

14. Client will Receive all softcopy of photos a week after the wedding for you to use on social networking sites and
others.

15. The edited video, Photos, shall be given 3-6 months after the event. To be delivered meet-up or Pick–up. Albums
and Blow up picture will be given 2-3 months after the submission of selected photos.
