4.1 Imprrovement Notice/Stop

N (AHPP11F01) ap pplies to all work beinng performeed at any site s where
ACE has the authority to dema and improve ements form m the contra actor. Wherre this is th

personne el assigned to ACE sittes are autthorised to request wo ork improveements if th here is an
identified unsafe act,
a condition or failu ure to comply with the site Health, Sa afety and
Environm mental Plan, and wheree applicablee the ACE HSEH management systtem. An imp provement
notice will be served upon a site
e, individuall or contrac
ctor where itt is the opinnion of ACE that there
is evidencce, with rea ounds, of u nsafe acts, conditions or failure too comply wiith the site

If the respponsible organisation/ person faills to provide ctory resoluution, or if at any time
e a satisfac

health and safety or environmen nt of projectt employees or the pub blic then, ACCE will issuue a notice
stopping work in wh hole or in part. In the e event tha at ACE issu ues an HS E Stop Wo ork Notice
(AHP11F02) (Part A), a Nottice relinqu uishment (P Part B) isssued by A ACE authorising the
resumptio on of work must

p prior tto re-starting work.
The responsible org w not be entitled to an extension of timee or additional fee or
