SCOPE OF SUPPLY

YORK YBWC Water Cooled Screw Chiller is completely factory assembled. All related refrigerant piping and
internal wiring is properly connected at the factory, for ease of installation at the site.

The Chiller package includes :

Single Semi-hermetic twin screw compressor.
DX (Direct Expansion) type evaporator
19 mm thick flexible closed - cell foam insulation on evaporator
Gate type water flow switch
Water cooled shell and tube condenser
Unit mounted star - delta starter
Unit mounted Microprocessor based control panel (IP55)
1st charge of oil
Testing : Each unit is pressure tested, evacuated and fully charged with refrigerant and oil. An operational
test is performed at the factory to ensure that the refrigerant circuit and control device operate correctly.
Warranty : 18 months from the date of shipment.

Delivery Schedule : 7 - 8 weeks for a basic standard unit. In case any optional item is included, Please note
delivery period can get extended. Please confirm with Johnson Contols, Mumbai office.

Payment Terms : 100 % Thru Irrevocable & Clean Letter of Credit (LC) at sight.
