 Fellowship is one of the most needed etiquette when you go to different places. This
gives the people you meet there first impression of you and how good you are to socialize to
other people. And as they say, First Impression last.

As I was deployed at Ilocos Norte Capitol, Accounting Department at 10 days. I

observed the employees inside the office. First, the employees respect their boss, the
Accounting department head. But at the same time, they joke around her. They have a good
relationship with each other. They have good laugh even though they have so much papers to
work on. Second, they help each other. One thing that I know the most is that working with
your co-workers is the best kind of attitude you can have, specially when your working at the
office everyday and I saw that in them. The accounting employees are so hard-working and
they really do there job right. They seem so passionate about what there doing, even though
they have tons of papers on their table.

They can maintain this good etiquette by being open on each other and trust to each
other. If they trust there co workers the Fellowship, the over flowing passion on their job will
last. And I believe that the employees of Accounting Capitol Office will maintain this. They have
a good attitude to their work and even to their co-workers.
