EXPERIENCES

In the Business Enterprise Simulation we experienced how to make or think a feasible business in

which , we also learned that making a feasibility study is very vital to a business. In the culminating

activity we experience on how a business should operate from the poduction up to selling activities of a

particular business. We've also experienced how stressful yet fun running up a business is. It is fun

because its very fulfiling that you gain profit and know that all of your effort or hard work was paid-off

IMPORTANCE

It is important to us ABM students because as future accountants especially managers you will

know how a business should operate from the production up to selling. It also help us ABM students to

visualize what a business should usually do and to know what is the most essential thing that the

managers should do.

PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED AND HOW THEY SOLVED IT.

Business Enterprise Simulation ain't easy as what we think and so as on putting it into work. There

are many problems that the proponents are encountered. It is one of their subject which really

challenge their perseverance as a student, son and maybe as a friend. Students sometimes skipped

meals for school works especially during making their papers and stalls. They came home late and got

scolded by their parents for same reasons everyday. They also weren't able to enjoy their weekends or

free time because of overloaded task from other subjects.

Aside from their efforts, they also challenged financially. They need money to possibly execute or

simulate their proposal business. They invested money which eventually came from their

parents'pockets. This thing was really hard for them to ask money especially they knew their financial

capacity. This one makes them more motivated to pay back in the future. Moreover, due to pressure,

stress and personal matters, Students encountered misunderstanding that really challenged their team

work, friendship and patience.

Along their way on doing this big activity, some of their subjects got slowly affected undeniably.

Another thing is their social needs like communication that gets weakened by doing important things

than making funny moments like what they used to before during their free time.

Therefore, through their parents and teachers who guided them and support them, they were

able to make things and put this work into the best one. They manage their time even there are times

that they really need to sacrifice some matter. Through out this work from the beginning 'til this end,

they asked heavenly Father to guide and gave them wisdom to make this work successful

LESSON LEARNED

In this big activity namely Business Enterprise Simulation , proponents passed all the challenges

that almost makes them weak and tried to gave up during those times. But those challenges that they

surpassed leaves them a kind of knowledge that could only be learned through own experiences. They

learned that putting up a business needs a essential study and critical planning before executing. This

one is really a complicated matter and risky especially for beginners. It also taughts them that anything

that you worked hard, was definitely worthy in the end. Moreover, this activity also trained them to

become patient, disciplined and optimist during those times. It also taught them the basics of a business
