OUTCOME 1:
By the end of 2024, CCM Learner Churches in Indonesia are getting stronger and more empowered and
independent in building partnerships with the community, to solve issues of poverty, health, environment,
social and resilience to potential disasters.
• First Partner: 25 of 32 Churches Continu
• Second Partner 37 of 60 Churches
• 19 Churches already trained and envisioned about
DRR
• 46 Families assisted and develop their own business
• There are 12 CCM learning churches that have
received recognition and support from the local
government
• MoU with IPTL (Timor Leste) and GKPA (North
Sumatera). Envisioning and start learning a new
CCM Group in GBKP G. Sitember (North Sumatera)
• There are 3 Regional trainers, 27 National trainers,
2 Trainers for Kids who assisting in the expansion of
the CCM Program.
OUTCOME 2:
Improved capacity and knowledge of 5 Seminary or Bible Schools in strengthening integral mission
curriculum to their learners

• There are 4 Team teaching: STT Abdiel, STT


GIDI, STAKIN and Senior High School ST Walo
• Equipping and Strengthening Capacity of
Theological Students in STAK Pesat with CCM
material. (LF Training)
• TNE Regional CoP in Abdiel with 8 Seminary
from 5 Countries (November 2023)
• There is already a teaching team from the Sion
Foundation and Lecturers (STT Abdiel)
• Envisioning 2 Seminary: STT Diakonese and STT
Nusantara (NEW)
• Promotion 2 Seminary: STT Simpson and STT

OUTCOME 3:
Increased understanding and capacity of Sion Foundation staff in improving the organizational development
of the Sion Foundation to become a solid, stronger, and visionary organization in responding to social issues
holistically and as Learning Center of CCM Umoja Movement.
• On July 2023, Sion Foundation has new
governing body consist of Founder, Internal
Audiotor and daily board.
• Sion has strategic planning for 5 years (2023 –
2027)
• Published Mentas Magazine and some
material (CCM Bible Reflection).
• Workshop Inclusion & Leadership and
Participation Concept for Community
Development
• Hold a Joint Communication Forum (FKB) to
realize the vision of the institution in carrying
out its duties and work in the institution.
