REPORT OF THE OUTREACH UNIT

1.0 INTRODUCTION 
We are grateful to God for His infinite love and protection over us thus far. The content of this
document is a summary of the activities of the unit for the month of April to June, 2022 and activities
for the quarter.
2.0 GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
i. To actively spread the gospel of Christ to at least 250 people by organizing innovative
evangelism and outreach activities quarterly. 
ii. To create opportunities for growth by delegation of functional tasks within the unit thereby
grooming assertive members who are eager to share the gospel of Christ and increasing the
membership strength of the Outreach unit.
iii. To ensure immediate and efficient follow up of new converts, first timers and members of the
Parish youth Chapel after first contact.
iv. To increase the membership strength of the Parish Youth Chapel by twenty percent each
quarter. 
3.0 ACTIVITIES FOR THE SECOND QUARTER
The quarter focused on the task of both equipping the Outreach team with more knowledge of the
importance of reaching out to people with love and also making use of technology to communicate to
members, the team had meetings, visitations to members and evangelism. The unit successfully
spearheaded the quarterly House to House program, on May 14, 2022 with twenty-five (25) members
in attendance. The Unit also embarked on a successful Market Rush Evangelism on Saturday, 18 th
June, 2022 with an attendance of twenty-nine (29).

6.0 CHALLENGES
1. Lack of teachings related to the knowledge and understanding of evangelism and outreach
activities.
7.0 PROJECTIONS FOR NEXT QUARTER
i. The unit intends a continuation of throwing open its internal street evangelism to the
membership of the house in order to stimulate PYCOP members who are eager to share the
gospel of Christ.
ii. The unit will take calculated steps to be very proactive with visiting members and existing
members.
iii. The unit will be more proactive with reminding members about submission of testimonies
before Sunday services.
iv. The unit in conjunction with the church would organize one targeted outreach program next
quarter.
8.0 CONCLUSION
Our continuous praise be to our God for seeing us through this quarter. We know and trust God that
indeed, this good work which He has started with us will continue to bear much fruit as we press more
into His purpose for this tenure.
