2. How do you develop your product/service?


- I develop my product/service by the help of business planning. Creating a business strategy or plan will take into
account all of the many aspects of my business. I acquire a complete grasp of my business by completing each
step of the business plan. This also helps me to determine whether or not my business is likely to be more
successful.

- Before you invest any serious time and money into developing a product, you need to do a bit of “pre-sales.” You
need to make sure some interested buyers would buy your new service or product.

3. How do prices fairly?


- Determine your costs.
- Before you do product pricing, you need to know how much you spend on the products. You need to calculate
every cost that goes into you creating or acquiring each item to avoid loss of profit.

4. How do you provide the right place for your customer to access and experience your product/service?
- We have a physical store in San Jose, Tarlac. Having a physical store is very important because it makes our
product visible unlike browsing in online stores, we can’t see the product in person so a lot of us feel disappointed
after delivering the parcel because that is not what we’ve expected.
- To provide good customer service, you need to know what you're selling, inside and out. Make sure you and your
staff know how your products or services work.

5. How do you promote your product/service to create an impact, differentiate from competitors?
- Since most people are now engaged through social media we decided to have a shoppee and lazada account, we
maximize the possibility by reaching potential customers beyond boundaries. We also give our customers options
to customize our products.

6. What is the process you use to deliver your product/service to the customer?
- We deliver our products/services on time using our business car or in delivery services like j&t express and LBC.
And we pack it in bubble wrap to make sure that fragile products won’t break. 
- Think long term when dealing with customers. By keeping customers happy, they will be loyal and through word of
mouth, will do the marketing for you. 

7. Who are the people who represent your company and what and what are the skills that they need?
- As a small and family business, we represent our business by maintaining a positive attitude.
- Attitude is everything, and a positive attitude goes a long way in providing excellent customer service.

8. How do you provide physical evidence of the superior nature of your product/service?
- Once again, by keeping customers happy, they will be loyal and through word of mouth, will do the marketing for
you.

you need. A well-designed product that can attract potential clients. Designing can be difficult, but

the product they inventing for it to be successful in its release and also for the product to have a good run.
Furthermore, DaveOnWork includes sample products as a development to know the wants of its potential
customers which is really a good tactic as they can process some adjustments on the products thanks to the
feedback they received on doing pre-sales. This also helps them to determine whether or not their business is
likely to be more successful. They also do a little bit of “Pre-Sales”. Presales is a process or a set of sales
normally carried out before a customer is acquired, though sometimes presales also extend into the period the
product or service is delivered to the customer(WikiMili2021). DaveOnWork does Pre-sales upon doing this
they needed to review every detail of the business before they invest and give any serious amount of money
and time in developing a new product. Before they set a price for their product/service they first determine their
costs. Because for DaveOnWork Designs and Prints before they do product pricing, they need to know how
much they spend on their products. They have to calculate every cost that goes into you creating or acquiring

DaveOnWork designs and prints provide good customer service for their customers to access and
experience their product/service in their physical store at San Jose, Tarlac. DaveOnWork provides access by
having the presence of physical stores because these are very important since this is where our customers go
for them to observe, simulate, and buy the products and services. Having a physical store is very important for

activities of the product target the technology field mainly the social media platforms and online shopping
platforms. It is considered as a good strategy since they are now engaged through the online world and think it
is beneficial because they get to promote their products and services and at the same time sell these products
and services since buy and sell processes are also apply online. All of the prospects and customers want to be
prioritized, for this reason, DaveOnWork also deals with customizing their product to fit the taste of their
customer whether it is a gift, a souvenir, or everything that goes down with printing work and design. They can’t
simply deliver good products with a smile on their faces and expect their customers to do business with them
forever. Customers today need to feel wanted and appreciated by the businesses they buy from. That’s why
DaveOnWork is making an effort to have relationships with customers. DaveOnWork delivers
products/services on time using their business car or in delivery services like j&t express and LBC and they

DaveOnWork designs and prints is a family business, the people who represent their company are also
them because they have the skills that they need in business which is a positive attitude. Attitude is everything,
and maintaining a positive attitude goes a long way in providing excellent customer service. In business, we
are all aware that maintaining a positive attitude is a tough job yet. According to research by psychology
professor Barbara Fredrickson, people with a positive mindset have more capacity to consume new
information. This, in turn, improves perspective and a person’s ability to ‘‘connect the dots”. Ultimately, this
makes them better equipped to deal with the obstacles and problems that may arise in their business. They
believe if their customer is loyal they will do the marketing using experiences and spreads it via words of

appreciation. Positive attitudes are the main style of them because they believe that radiating good energy to
the customers can attract their interest to buy the product/services they offer. At the same time, they rely on
their good personalities on serving the customers which are good etiquette because, by that, they are giving
respect to the customer and in return, they will receive good feedback on what they portray to the business and
it will also affect to the reputation of the business.

SUGGESTIONS FOR DAVEONWORK DESIGNS AND PRINTS:

● DaveOnWork should advertise more about their business on different social media platforms
where they can gain more customers by uploading pictures or videos of their product on
Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok because nowadays a lot of people use social media, a lot of
people are always on their phones that is why advertising in social media is a lot easier.
● Be honest, kind, and trustworthy with prospective customers so that they come back to you
because the product/service of your business can be trusted.
● Give an insensitive to the costumers, especially to those loyal customers.
● Their physical store should maintain cleanliness and it should be always sanitized to avoid the
spreading of viruses.
● Their staff should be technology literate.
● Put CCTV to enhance employee activity and to enhance security.
● They should clean their printing machines at least once a month. Clean the head with warm
water after removing the cartridge. To clean the print head, do not use moist tissues or alcohol.
Allow the print head to thoroughly dry after cleaning before replacing it.
● Invest in high-quality printers. High-quality cartridges are well worth the money because they
help keep your printer in good operating order. Cartridges of poor quality will cause problems
with the printer's hardware. Printing will be poor if the inkjets are of poor quality. With these low-
cost cartridges, you can get brownish yellow or faded printouts. Never hesitate to invest in high-
quality printer cartridges.
● Always look for improvements in making designs.
● Choose the right printing technology for your business.
