Hyacinth Marketing Firm provides service by promoting its client's product. Their

service includes advertising where they will make an advertisement and post it on social

media, and direct marketing where they send private messages to their target customers.

Through the utilization of promotional strategies of the firm, client's product will be

effectively advertised. The dissemination of the advertisement will reach the target

customers, then the interested customers will ask the firm about the details of the product

which will politely answer by the firm. When the interested customers are convinced,

they will tell the firm about their orders. After that, the firm will tell the client about the

orders, from then on, client will handle all the works, starting from the preparation up to

the delivery of products to the customers. The firm will later on ask the customer for

confirmation that the products has arrived well, and also, to ask for their reviews that will

be soon send to clients. The process will continue until the due date of the agreed date.

The Hyacinth Marketing Firm provides its clients and customers with accurate

and reliable information in promoting their services. They ensure that the information

that they disseminate online are up to date and based on what their clients given to them.

The firm provides constant performance in its services. The firm has a habit of creating

task schedules. By adhering to the timetable, the firm can retain their level of

responsibility and sincerity. When an issue arises, Hyacinth Marketing Firm demonstrates

a sincere interest in resolving it.

Job Description

General Manager

Each enterprise needs a lucrative and innovative manager that is going to address

all the dealings and procedures that need to be conducted in the business. Gladys

Faderanga guarantees that Hyacinth Marketing Firm runs effortlessly by providing

excellent service and instruction to the other employees of the company. Her role is to

perform as a connection between a company’s upper management and the front-facing

employees who give direct interaction with clients and consumers. She is responsible for

checking the worth of service that they can give to the consumers, that the clients and

consumers applied for. More than that, she is the one who makes sure that the service

they provide is in the best cases. They will follow her instructions when deciding their

careers for all possible work-related matters.

Sales and Marketing Manager

A sales and marketing manager is in charge of examining and evolving marketing

strategies that can help in applying new sales plans for the Hyacinth Marketing Firm. The

sales and marketing manager, Janelle Dela Cruz will also manage the whole production

on advertising their client’s business in any way. She is also the one who’s checking and

making unique marketing plans that the company can use. Janelle also ensures that their

advertising and service can be used as a competitive advantage to other companies.

Customer Service Manager

One of the top priorities of a company is to give their clients and consumers

satisfaction, by providing them excellent customer service. Ericka Da Silva’s role is to

develop a great relationship between the company and their clients. Also, her role is to

enhance their consumers' wants and needs. She is also responsible to communicate to the

consumers if there are any issues about the service that they provide. Janelle is also in

charge of guaranteeing a complete and outstanding deliverance of services to their clients

and consumers.

Operations Manager

Operations manager manages the activities that are part of the production of

goods or services. Areeya Exconde’s role is to focus on managing the operations

concerning the company’s employees and organization. She oversees the Hyacinth

Marketing Firm’s organizational procedures and adds developments to it. She also assists

the Finance Manager in attending some financial operations. 

Finance Manager

Financial manager is in control of managing the financial health of a company, in

order to have excellent success. Rayzon Delgado is responsible for addressing all the

accounts and the analysis of financial statements. He is in charge of the overall budgeting

and the decision making with the internal management of the Hyacinth Marketing Firm.

Legal Form of Ownership

General partnership is a business arrangement where in two or more (usually up

to 5) individuals agree to establish and run the business together. These so-called

individuals are what is called partners. Each partner has equal rights and authority in the

operation, management, and supervision of the business. Furthermore, each member has

an equal part in the distribution of the profit. With this, each proponent must also perform

his/her fair share of work for the business to run continuously and smoothly; and

contribute to its betterment. Each member is also accountable to the business’ financial

obligations or liabilities. The Hyacinth Marketing Firm has employed this type of

business arrangement to utilize the following advantages.

1. Easier to manage. Since a general partnership consists of multiple members, the

task of each member will be easier compared to a sole proprietorship. All the

tasks needed to operate the business are not pressured to only one person; it is

evenly distributed to all the members.

2. More sources of help. There are many partners in a general partnership. Each can

help one another in their designated works. If a member is having a hard time

doing a specific task, there are many individuals who he/she can seek help.

3. Better and innovative ideas. More integral heads in position mean more

propositions will be generated within the company. This will increase the number

of options for the partners to choose from. With this, they can choose the best

ones and combine them to formulate a better and more innovative idea.

4. Equal accountability. Each partner has equal responsibilities in the debts of the

company. In the case of a loss, not all the burden will be loaded to only one

person. The obligations will be distributed evenly to each member which will

lighten the damage.

5. Easy to establish. A partnership is easier to start up. It is simple since there are

fewer paper works or government requirements to do. Additionally, it only needs

fewer starting capital than a corporation, yet there are more people to fund for it

unlike a sole proprietorship.

6. More sources of funds. There are more proponents who can provide investments

in a general partnership. Since there are more sources of funds, it is easier for the

business to pay obligations and purchase improvisations. This can result to longer

life span compared to a sole proprietorship.

Personnel Policies

The firm has employed various personnel policies to maintain orderliness and

avoid internal conflicts. All employees must observe the following guidelines; else,

disobedience will have them be penalized accordingly.

 Personal records of all employees must be organized and centralized in one

location. All employees in every departments must comply personal and medical

records in Administration office.

 All employees must apply professionalism when it comes to their responsibilities

or office works. Valuing our role and perform duties with high levels of honesty,

trustworthiness, and integrity.

 Being respectful can lead to a great teamwork. Every employees should respect

the opinions and ideas of their office mates or co-workers.

 All employees should be cooperative, and always listen to their team leaders, and

put some effort to achieve our goals and objectives. .

 All employees should be responsible and knowledgeable when using the social

media accounts of the firm.

 The employees must be aware to work hours and always be on time. Each

employees should have a day off or rest day.

 All employees must not post on public in social media about the statements,

documents, or confidential information of the company/firm.

 The designated task of each employees must accomplished before the submission

of task/reports.

 The employees who fail to pass the task wil receive a punishment or disciplinary

actions from team leaders, managers, or higher ups.

 Each employees should respond respectively to the clients and provide a

daily/weekly updates.
