Customer

DPPG Numero Uno Enterprise communicates with the client every day about the

progress they make same with the client, they reach the firm every day to tell if there are

changes in price or the availability of the product they offer. Every Monday to Saturday, the

DPPG Numero Uno Enterprise markets their product through various social media account.

The orders collected from customers will be delivered based on the orders by the client. Our

customer is also the costumer of our client. This process will ensure that the firm will function

in the most efficient and organized way possible.

Manpower Requirement

The DPPG Numero Uno Enterprise have personnel’ to serve as manpower that will help

the marketing firm to provide quality marketing service. The employed personnel also have
different set of expertise that will contribute to the overall betterment service of the business.

Quality Control Requirements

The company will be utilizing the SERVQUAL Model in order to determine the quality

of the services that it offers to its clients. Using the SERVQUAL Model, a survey that consists

of 22 questions will be administered to the clients in the median period of the contract. The

survey will be used in order to identify how the marketing firm can improve its services and

further satisfy the clients on their needs and wants. The SERVQUAL questionnaire is split into

two main sections:

1. Respondents are asked about their expectations of the ideal service firm in that service

category.

2. Respondents are then asked about the service quality delivery of specific firms in that

industry.

Job Description

General Manager

Every business must have a self-motivated and results-driven general manager who can

direct and manage the organization’s activities to develop and implement effective strategies

for the business. The general manager will ensure to utilize good decision making for the

enterprise’s betterment. Mr. Jhon Franko Garcia’s obligation is to direct and manage the

marketing firm and the one who is going to implement effective strategies. Also, he is task to

improve the administration process and ensure good customer service. He is also part of hiring

staff of employees that will result to strengthen the fellowship of everyone within the

enterprise.
Finance Manager

This position obligates to the distribution of the financial resources in the company.

There must be one who is responsible for budget planning and supports the executive

management team that will allow it to make the best decision for the business. Ms. Kyla Platon

will allocate budget resources, manage operational costs, to monitor the financial activities of

the marketing firm. Her duties are to review financial report, monitors account, and prepare a

financial forecast. Overall, she is the one who will maximize the value of the firm to its owners.

Accounting Manager

The role in this position is to manage the preparation of business activity reports,

financial forecasts, and annual budgets. The accounting manager is in charge of managing the

production of the periodic financial which includes the insurance that the reported results

comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards. Mr.

John Dale Pabuna is the one who will manage teams of accountants who are working on the

organization’s financial goals. He will assign projects and tasks to accountants within their

division. He is also the one who will help to shape the organization’s policies, priorities, and

methods. Overall, the main goal of his position is to maintain current client relationships, look

for opportunities to add value to the customer, and generate additional sales.

Marketing Manager

The role is this position is to promote businesses’ services, products, or brands. They

are the ones who do the marketing and the pricing strategies. The marketing manager will
generate new business leads, and also be in charge of managing the marketing management

staff. Mr. Jann Joseph A. De Chavez is the one assigned to this position. His duties are

managing the promotion of the business, and positioning of services that a company offers.

Overall, his job is to attract more customers so that they can reach their goals or vision. He has

three primary responsibilities. Firstly, is to track and analyze the performance of the advertising

campaigns, manage the marketing budget, and make sure that the marketing material is in line

with the brand or service identity.

Research and Development Manager

This position will determine, implement, and monitor research and development

strategies and priorities that support the enterprise policies or research goal. They are the ones

who lead major research projects and provide research advice to their enterprise or business.

They communicate research findings and ideas through reports and presentations. Mr. John

Dale Pabuna is the one assigned to this position. He will determine, implement and monitor

research and development strategies and priorities to support the organization’s commercial,

policy, and research objectives. Mr. Pabuna is responsible for research, planning, and

implementing new programs and protocols in the marketing firm. Overall, he is the one who

will manage the entire development process of the new services and programs that the

enterprise offers to the clients.


Legal Form of Ownership

The DPPG Numero Uno Enterprise form of ownership will be a general partnership.

The general partnership is the preeminent option since the marketing firm is equally operated

by four different individuals, and position ranking will be invalidated. The contribution and

sharing of knowledge and experience will help the marketing firm that will eventually develop

everyone's expertise in supervising the marketing firm for the betterment of the business. In

this instance, every associate of the marketing firm must be willing to take initiative in every

task and responsibility whenever their fellow entrepreneurs are unavailable. Each entrepreneur

must concur that profits, assets, and liabilities will be equally divided in the negotiated

percentage. The general partnership has different advantages such as:

• Better decision-making. The decision making will much be easier and better because

of statements and opinions of fellow business partners.

• Less workload. The business partners will assist each other and divide the task. Then

no one will carry the burden of taking all the responsibility of running and supervising

the marketing firm.

• Partnerships are exempt from paying income tax. The marketing firm’s gross

income will go straight to the business associates’ tax returns.

• Different set of skills and expertise. Everyone has their own set of skills and mastery

expertise in different aspects that will help the marketing firm to develop and get better.

• Shared expenses. Because the marketing firm is in a general partnership, unexpected

expenses of the enterprise will be split and paid only by the partners.
Personnel Policies

Even the smallest businesses must establish work rules in order to effectively manage their

personnel. If correctly developed and executed, work rules protect the firm, employees, and

create and maintain a better working environment for everyone. The following are the agency's

established regulations:

• For all cash in and cash out of the business, entrepreneurs sharing with the business

partnership must be transparent.

• Assigned or authorized workers should always keep an eye on employees' proper work

gear.

• Employers must be sensitive to social problems of employees, such as harassment,

violent acts, and complaints from employees that must be addressed by authorized

people.

• The workplace must always be kept clean, and personnel must be approachable.

• Employees' attendance and performance will be used as grounds for termination, but

only after they have received three warnings for misbehavior or policy violations.

• Each member of the organization must be treated fairly.

• For any harm to the company's property that may occur in the workplace. If equipment

is damaged, the employee who caused the harm should be held accountable.

• An employee who hasn't sold in a month will be subjected to a Root Cause Analysis,

and an employee who hasn't sold in two months will be fired.

• All employees' email can be used both for internal and external transactions.

• While on duty, employees must wear their identification cards.
