1 table spoon unrefined coconut palm sugar (or subsitute brown sugar)
2 table spoon cayenne pepper powder **
1/2 table spoon red paprika
1/2 table spoon black pepper
1/2 table spoon garlic powder
1/2 table spoon finely ground sea salt
1/4 table spoon cinnamon

2) Mix about 1/4 of the seasoning into your flour for frying ..
3) Melt some coconut oil and add it to the dry seasoning to make a paste for
basting.
4) After frying or during grilling .. Baste seasoning paste onto chicken with brush
Coat to taste!
** For more heat replace 1/2 to 1 tablespoons of the Cayenne with Habanero,
Ghost pepper, Trinidad Scorpion, or Carolina reaper.
