GPOA1:
Be clear about Information Dissemination Mechanism
SPOA:
● Messaging and giving letter to all the mayors for reminders and updates.
● The mayors are responsible in disseminating the information to its classmates.
● The vice governor is responsible of ensuring that the mayors had already disseminated
the information.

R-eclaim the power back to the students through promotion of Good Governance
GPOA2:
Transforming the budget and empowering the students to be part of the budget process.
Approach:
● Spending should be within means.
● Spending on the right priorities.
● Spending with measurable results.
● Minimize the cost and strengthen external partnerships.
SPOA:
● The creation of the students lead transparency and accountability monitoring team for
the Educators’ Club’s fund and for the SSCs’ fund.
● Convene all mayors and create an EC and students budget partnership agreement.
● Create students lead financial and project audit for the Educators’ Club.

GPOA3:
Implementing student-centered activities relevant to their understanding of their basic rights and
welfares.
SPOA:
● Implementing a seminar and/or orientation of the approved revised Constitution.
● Implementing a seminar and/or orientation of the SSC Constitution.

A-spire for stronger Internal and External Partnership and Collaboration


GPOA4:
Developing mutually beneficial partnership for the purpose of delivering substantive and
relevant content and practices.
SPOA:
● Mobilization of organizations collaborated with the EC and the organizations per
department.
● Collaboration with the administration.
● Establish a memorandum order agreement containing terms and conditions wherein the
needs and objectives of both parties are met the following: roles and contribution,
budgeting and scope and content.
● Schedule post-assessment meeting for constructive criticism, recommendation and
potential upcoming projects.

N-ormalite with a H.E.A.R.T.


GPOA5:
Make every students a normalite with a H. E. A. R. T. (Health, Environment, Active Citizenship,
Responsible Governance, Truth and Justice)
SPOA:
Health
● Creation of a student support system (a network of students who provide an individual
with practical and emotional support) that will provide mental health support.
● Collaborate with the guidance counsellor.
● Collaborate with the SSCs programs on adolescence, teenage pregnancy, blood
donation, HIV and mental health.
Environment
● A chairman is responsible of informing the status of the room regarding with cleanliness
to the mayor which has a guide table and checklist.
● Collaborate with the SSC to encourage the students in minimizing the use of single-use
plastics, use of water tumblers and tupperwares.
Active Citizenship
● Collaborate with the SSC to conduct an orientation in voter education and
responsibilities of a citizen.
● Inspire, empower and lead the students to community engagement.
Responsible Governance
● Conduct orientation regarding the SSC Constitution and each departments' constitution
through the mayors of each block.
Truth and Justice
● Triage of students' grievances through megabox.

GPOA6:
Making CNU a safe place inclusive to everybody.
SPOA:
● Support the implementation of Cebu City Ordinance on Anti-Discrimination Law.
● Make EC initiatives and programs accessible to all.
● Collaborate with the SSC in ensuring that SOGE and cultural-based rights and welfare of
students are uphold.
● Celebrate Pride Week to promote health and welfare of LGBT community.

GPOA7:
Establishing celebratory programs promoting fun and unifying activities
SPOA:
● Making every activities during Education Festival and other events of Educators’ Club
inclusive for all normalites.
