EXP NO:1 ONLINE BUS PASS SYSTEM

Objective:

The objective of this project is to help students and passengers get bus passes online and
eliminate the need to stand in queues for passes or collecting a ticket for each journey. Passengers
first need to verify themselves the system using various address and photo proofs. Once verified
the system allows them to book passes for any route online. Bus pass system provides Pass
renewal, cancellation, updating. Using this website we can check all details related Bus pass and
instruction like how to renew pass how to update it.

Abstract:
Online Bus pass system is a web based service that allows the user to get bus pass
online. Nowadays, the majority of works are done on online to converse time and labor. This
service makes the student or passengers get bus pass easy. They need not to stand in queue or
collecting tickets for every day. They also can get update when the bus pass valid date is over.
The system has two sides namely admin and user .The admin will have all the information about
the user. Admin will verify the new request and generate the new bus pass. The user can login
with email or phone number with password. After login he/she can choose starting and destination
place. After choosing the place the users are asked to fill the time of travelling. Then the
verification is made and after the request is accepted, it so ensures the refunding the amount. The
user can get the regular update of the bus. It provide easy service. Then, if the valid date of the
bus pass is over the user can able to renewal the bus pass by login into the website. The old bus
pass id will be asked and renewal is made by paying the amount. The can also can change either
starting or ending point in the website. The extra amount will be asked to pay, if needed. The new
bus pass with old id will be generated. The passenger also request for new bus pass if existing
bus pass is damaged. The amount will be pay through ATM/credit card. It will eliminate the time
consumption of the passengers. For renewal, the details are asked to update. The details will be
verified by the admin. After verification the card will be generated to the user.

Choose the starting and ending destintion and update the profile.

2.VERIFICATION
The profile will be verified by the admin.

3.CARD GENERATION
The bus pass will be generated.

4.RENEWAL
The bus pass will be renewed for a particular period.
