in this Application Form is complete and accurate in all respects. I further hereby undertake and covenant to
notify you in writing forthwith of any material change(s) to these information. You are authorized to conduct a
cross check to verify the information accuracy from time to time.

确。本人再在此承诺并保证，本人将以书面通知任何重要资料的变更。

In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese Terms and Conditions, the English version
shall prevail. Only English version of Agreement.
上述条款及细则之中、英文版本之内容如有不一致之处，概以英文版本为准。Agreement 只有英文版本。

Upon acceptance of the above, the Weixin / Alipay Payment Cross-border Acquiring Service Agreement
as stated in the website http://www.fucentgateway.com/Philippines.pdf will be effective and binding
between the relevant parties.

当接受上述细则后，网站 http://www.fucentgateway.com/Philippines.pdf 里列的 Weixin Payment Cross-

border Acquiring Service Agreement, 将实时生效并对有关方具有约束力。

Final interpretation is owned by Fucent Gateway Corporation.
