this project.

Introduction
This project will attempt to provide pleas able and applicable solutions for
problems faced by the faculty of northern Caribbean University.
The answer provided a brief and in simple language with pictorials to enhance the
understanding of the answer.
1. Define a network.
2. State the advantages of implementing a network system at the faculty for about 30
computers.
Ans = (a) Enables users (faculty members) to share computer hardware’s such as
printers and scanners therefore decreasing the cast of production and improving of
output document.
(b) Easy access to data by users (faculty members) in order to keep and
maintain a vibrant system of communication. In other words a network system
helps to keep everyone up-to-date.
(c) Allow users to share software programs that may not be on a specific
computer but some where on the networking system. This reduces the efforts to
continue software’s by the system administrator. It also saves storage space.
Ans = because this topology communicate in the same line and without having to go through
the server.
Ans = (1) It allows people to communicate with each other without being
at the same place at same times.
(2) It provides a mechanism for International Corporation to
conduct meeting.
(2) Using software that blocks users from certain virus – infected websites
