AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, RHINNA CORDERO y PACHES , of legal age, Filipino

citizen and a resident of Barangay Bato, Passi City, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the same RHINNA CORDERO y PACHES who

instituted the complaint for rape against one Christian Palencia for
Rape which was docketed in the blotter entry no. 19-750 of the Passi
City Police Station;

2. I am no longer interested in pursuing the above-

mentioned case because I will be leaving the country to seek greener
pastures outside the Philippines and I cannot actively participate in the
prosecution of the case. Thus, for that reason, I am not anymore
interested in filing the case;

3. I am executing this affidavit for the purpose of

affirming the truth of the foregoing statements and for any legal
purpose this may serve.
